Our Mission

We support Democratic candidates at all levels in their outreach to the citizens of the North Penn Area and pledge to staff every Polling Station for every Election as a visible sign of our support.

My name is Denise Hull and I’m a 49 year old mother of James, 14 and Kate, 12. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I attended Ohio University for undergrad and then moved to Chicago upon graduation. My background is in acting/theatre and education, with a diverse career as an actor, teacher, tutor, non-profit director, server, and administrative assistant. Twelve years ago, we moved to Upper Gwynedd, PA for my husband, Dave’s position at Merck and we couldn’t be happier with that choice. Since moving here, I have primarily been a stay at home mom, however in the last nine years I’ve been very involved as a volunteer with my children’s Home and School Organization. I am excited for the opportunity to begin my third year as an Upper Gwynedd Commissioner and continue working to ensure that Upper Gwynedd is a township that is accessible to all of us. I look forward to improving and preserving our beautiful community in which we are so lucky to live, as Liz McNaney, Martha Simelaro, Katherine Carter, Ruth Damsker and I work to meet the needs of all our residents.
